If you are unsure what material you need your model printed with, don't worry, leave it blank or mark 'Not sure' above and we will help you to choose the correct one for your purpose.
A 3D model file is usually required to use the Print-to-Order service. In most cases, this will be an STL file, though we can also review other common formats such as OBJ or STEP.
If you’re unsure whether your file is ready to print, you’re still welcome to submit it — we’ll review it and let you know if any adjustments are needed before printing.
Each print-to-order request is priced individually. Pricing is based on factors such as material usage, estimated print time, setup and file review, and overall complexity.
Once we’ve reviewed your file and requirements, we’ll provide a clear quote for approval before any printing begins.
Because print-to-order items are made specifically to your request, they are generally non-refundable once printing has started.
If there’s an issue with the print due to an error on our side, we’ll always work with you to put it right. Full details are available in our Returns & Refunds policy.
At present, we don’t offer bespoke 3D design services. The Print-to-Order service is intended for customers who already have a 3D model and need it printed.
That said, we’re actively exploring the introduction of a custom design and print service in the future. If this is something you’d be interested in, feel free to mention it when you get in touch.
