Refund policy

Our Promise

Every print is quality-checked before dispatch. If something arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right.

Returns – Ready-to-Buy Items Only

You may return ready-to-buy (non-custom, non-made-to-order) items within 14 days of delivery, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Returned with original packaging where applicable

To start a return, email us at james@envision3d.tech with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

Made-to-Order & Print-to-Order Items

All products are made to order unless stated otherwise.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, made-to-order, print-to-order, and personalised items are non-returnable unless they are:

  • Faulty, or

  • Not as described

This includes items produced to selected sizes, colours, or specifications.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  1. Email us within 14 days of delivery

  2. Include photos and your order number

Once confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (including original shipping costs)

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect
