Hi, I’m James, the founder and director of Envision 3D.

I set up Envision 3D in November 2025 with a clear goal: to turn well-designed digital models into practical, reliable physical products. The studio is focused on accuracy, thoughtful design, and useful outcomes — creating items that serve a real purpose and are made properly.

My professional background spans animation, illustration, graphic design, and 3D graphics. Over the past few years, I’ve developed strong skills in 3D modelling and sculpting and explored many areas of the 3D graphics pipeline. That work led to a growing interest in how digital design translates into the physical world and how design decisions affect real-world function.

3D printing became a natural extension of that journey, bringing digital design and hands-on making together to form Envision 3D.

We are a custom 3D printing studio located in East Grinstead, West Sussex, focused on delivering reliable, high-quality prints without unnecessary complexity.

We specialise in printing customer-supplied 3D models for individuals and businesses that value clear communication, dependable turnaround, and consistent results.

What we offer

At this time, we currently offer:

  • Print-to-order from customer-supplied 3D files
  • A small range of functional, ready-to-order items
  • Functional 3D printed parts

All parts are printed using calibrated machines and materials chosen for suitability and reliability. Every item is checked before dispatch.

Our approach

We're open about pricing, materials, and the natural characteristics of 3D-printed parts — including the limits of the process as well as its strengths. Our aim is to set clear expectations and deliver consistent results.
